What I love the most about Red Robin is that it provides a variety of sauces. This is to me what makes the food delicious and many restaurants use gluten-free ingredients to their condiments.

Red Robin tries to take the stress from eating gluten-free meals that are a treat at a burger joint. Kudos to Red Robin for expanding its boundaries!
Red Robin History
Foundation
Red Robin has a rich tradition of mod changes that were introduced when it first came into operation in the year 1940. It was founded in 1940. Red Robin was initially called Sam's Tavern and was situated on the corner of Furhman and Eastlake Avenues in Seattle, close to the southernmost point of the University Bridge.
The owner of the restaurant, Sam, used to sing in a barbershop band and it was common to hear him sing "When the Red, Red Robin Comes Bob, Bob, Bob and Bobbin' Along). He was so obsessed with the song that he ultimately made the decision to switch the title of the establishment from Sam's Tavern to Sam's Red Robin.
Development
In 1969 Gerry Kingen, who is a Seattle-based entrepreneur, purchased the restaurant and increased its size. The name changed to Red Robin. As a hangout place for students at the University of Washington, Kingen continued to manage his Tavern for a while but decided to also introduce hamburgers to their menu.
The demand for hamburgers caused them to introduce another 28 varieties of burgers and the sales soared. After developing the brand's image ten times, Kingen decided to franchise's business and turn it into an empire of restaurants.
It was in the year 1979 that right to Red Robin to operate in Yakima, Washington was sold to Steve Snyder; thus making Snyder Group Company become the first franchisee of Red Robin.
Numerous minor developments followed included the opening of an eatery located in Portland Oregon in 1980, adopting the mascot Red and the launch of Red in 1983. the business saw the most significant growth in popularity. At the time of its closure in 1985, Red Robin boasted of having more than 175 locations.
Current state
CEO Kingen's ventures into outsourcing the management of the company did not produce the desired results when he joined forces together with Skyler Corporation of Japan, which forced him to return to the table with Steve Snyder to nurse the business back to its health.
The headquarters in 2000 of Red Robin were transferred in the direction of Denver Tech Centre and Red Robin was eventually merged into Snyder Group, having Snyder as the president. In the fiscal year, 2015 ended, it was estimated that the company owns 538 locations and total revenue of $1.257592 billion.
