HISTORY
Tim Curci and Chris parker created Tim Curci and Chris Parker founded the Bonefish grill on the 15th of January the 15th of January, 2000. The restaurant was their first location in St. Petersburg, Florida. On the 4th of October 2001, Bloomin brands bought the chain, which was only just three restaurants at that time. Under new management, the bonefish grills grew to 100 locations by the year 2006. On December 31 2011 the company had 150 corporate-owned locations and seven franchise locations across 28 states.
